Vacation Villa Rental Rates 2023

The rental prices below are for exclusive use of Villa Insulinde and/or Lumbung and include:

Staff - 6 days per week
Gas, (drinking)water and electricity
Tourist tax and 10% VAT
Use of bed linen, towels and pool towels
First dinner and first breakfast after arrival
Free WiFi
Daily cleaning (6 days per week)
Daily maintenance of garden and swimming pool (6 days per week)

Villa Insulinde is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons, the Lumbung for a maximum of 4 persons. In case the rental period is longer than one month a 15% discount is applicable for the period after the first month.

Low Season: 16 - 31 January, February, March, November, 1 - 14 December

Mid Season: April, May, June, September, October

High Season: July, August, 15 December - 15 January

The minimum rental period is 4 nights in the low and mid season and 7 nights in the high season.

We work with a rental contract and rental conditions. Here you will find clear agreements about the rent, (down) payment, cancellation, etc.

Please note: We do not ask a security deposit, but assume that you treat our villa with respect.

Transport from Denpasar Bali airport to Villa Insulinde and Lumbung is not included, but can be arranged upon request.
